# Terms of service

## 1\. Usage

By using coSow, you agree to these terms. coSow provides an AI-powered platform for generating NetSuite Statements of Work, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans. You may use the service for lawful business purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for how you use generated outputs.

## 2\. Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into coSow. We process your data solely to deliver the service. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties. Generated documents are stored securely and accessible only to your account. You may delete your data at any time.

## 3\. Liability

coSow provides estimates and documents for planning purposes only. Generated outputs are not a substitute for professional consulting advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on coSow outputs. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

## 4\. Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

## 5\. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You may stop using the service and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

## 6\. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By using coSow, you agree to waive your right to a jury trial.
